I have spent the last few evenings listening to so many of you share stories about how the atmosphere here has shifted for the worse. These accounts are proving that the current management style is driving away the community that makes this tavern special. I am currently putting together a formal request to deliver to the regional office to ensure they understand exactly why our regulars are walking away.

We are on the verge of hitting one hundred signatures and the corporate office is finally starting to pay attention to our complaints. Please get this in front of anyone else who has been mistreated at the Tavern so we can force a change in management.

Seeing the count climb toward five hundred signatures gives me so much hope because the tavern has been miserable for too long. If everyone reading this spends two minutes right now sending the link to five friends we can hit that milestone before the day ends.

A bully to customers and staff. This needs to be taken seriouslly by management. Marston Green is a lovely village and locals should have a lovely welcoming local to enjoy food drinks and socailising. The women has no shame.
I’m an Older lady and don’t like to get into trouble. This women is abusive and rude- she treats customers like they are criminals. Anyone in her position needs to be firm But she’s unfair with it. She makes up her own rules as she goes on.
After seeing all these comments, surely this needs to be investigated by the appropriate persons. It’s outrageous. I’m signing not because i know about a funeral - but because I’ve heard others discuss her terrible attitude.
Very rude person with no customer service skills and definitely puts you off from going for a drink here. She was very nasty when I visited the pub with my young son, unlike the other Mitchell and Butler pubs which I found had a nice atmosphere
on lots of occasions I have seen and heard the manager of the tavern be rude /nasty towards customers ...had a meal just before xmas she bought our food to the table not a word or a smile just her usual hard face ,do not use the pub much now because of her negative attitude

Used to be my regular pub but now I won’t go in there now and haven’t for a long time. Fresh management needed to return it to a welcoming proud pub with someone running it who enjoys their work and is appreciative of the custom regulars bring
