The increase in public momentum regarding the safety of our neighborhood is heartening. This collective action confirms that the community remains focused on protecting our schools and local recreation spaces.

The petition has reached one hundred signatures today. This response confirms the concern our neighborhood feels regarding the safety of our children and schools near Fruitland Road.

Keith Constantin has recently left Fruitland and Barton Area and now resides in a run-down home on Margaret Street, between Barton and Hwy 8. We need to continue signing these petitions so that the only place Keith feels welcomed is behind bars.
This man is clearly at risk to reoffend, and my mother lives on her own in that area. Why does he get freedom, and she doesn't? She's worked hard to be good, tax paying citizen. He is the opposite but is getting all the same rights. This is not justice.
Hamilton should not be used as a dumping ground for sex offenders. Our local government has an obligation to protect its people and take appropriate steps to safeguard the lives of those within its jurisdiction to protect them from violence!
We do not need this person here. Get him out of our neighbourhood. Always a safe neighbourhood over the 34 years here. Many kids and teens here. High school and more then one elementary school as well as parks, soccer fields and a pool.
If he a danger to repeat he needs to go from an area that has an elementary school & high school as well as huge hockey and soccer fields that have hundreads of kids visit it week in and week out. Find another area for this dangerous man.
Sexual predators should not be allowed out of prison they will do it again

i dont feel safe....I dont want my kids to even step out on the front porch without me and honestly i dont feel safe being out there especially at night! please remove him from our city...i still cant understand why he is even allowed to roam free!
