Head of security at the Valley Plaza Mall Trevor needs to be removed of his position due to lack of providing safety for the public, there have been innocent elderly and young children viciously attacked on property. Also head of security has caused a lot of issues with a lot of mall employees,janitors, guards ,employees that work in the stores. He was an extremely bad choice for this position and the only reason why he received this position it’s because of John Baker in the valley plaza mall knows him personally and recommended him for the position which he is clearly not qualified for. so please help us the people remove this individual from the valley plaza mall Thank you.

Get someone who Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, Maintains environment by monitoring and protecting the public and workers!
Please remove this worker... Elderly and children are in need for a better head of security for their protection.
Please keep the train ride located at the valley plaza mall!!
If the train is no longer at the valley plaza mall . My family will not be going anymore . The train is the main reason why we go to take our kids

The security at Valley Plaza needs to be replaced. We take our kids there every Sunday for a train ride, then to the tot lot, then lunch in the food court, stopping at the pretzel stand for 12 dollars worth of food. Then sees candy and the Mrs. Fields for 12 dollars in cookies. Of course Starbucks for the wife. We have had several issues in the tot lot, called security, they never showed. The train was the main reason for us going. We will not shop Valley Plaza again, and have informed all our friends and family about this. I know my family is just a little fish in the big pond, but good job John Baker, you and security cost Valley Plaza 400 dollars a month from my family. You should be ashamed of your self.
