Pushing a woman is beyond the pale. He is scum only interested in helping his small group of friends. He doesn't deserve to have the power to vote on issues dealing with our money. Let's get him off the board.
this incident that has happened is a total embarassment to all of diamondhead because he is guilty and i hope that the POA is not footing the legal bills , time for him to go.
Not only does Mr. Kyger need to resign, the Board needs to call for him to reimburse the POA for his legal fees. His unsuccessful defense was funded with OUR DUES MONEY. Therefore any board member that votes to continue to pay his fees is not better than he is.
With Kyger saying, "I have 8(eight) POA board members in my pocket". First, these board members in his pocket should be ashamed. Second, It will take a while to remove the stench from the board.
Besides assaulting a woman as if that wasn't bad enough he tries to bully dues payors in meetings. He is controlling and voted against a small 15 dollar dues reduction.He has disdain for anyone who isn't for wasing a fortune on golf. He is useless. Get this bully off the board.

Legally, he cannot be on the board, he shows no restraint, has no control of his actions.This man is in danger of hurting someone seriously, or getting hurt himself.Remove him now.
