Former POA president, Elton M. Kyger has been convicted of assaulting a member of the non profit corporation that he is now serving as a member of the board of directors, the Diamondhead Country Club and Property Owners Association, Inc. This petition is to demand his resignation or if his resignation is not received in a timely manner, to have him removed by the membership in accordance with state law.
