I appreciate that the Landowner has a right to express their ownership, but not in this dangerous manner.
All we ask is that Dover District Council and/or other appropriate Agencies take action to stop this complete madness and to ensure the safety of the public and their animals.

The feedback from local walkers and riders regarding these injuries and near misses is mounting up. Send an email to your local representative at the Dover District Council today to demand an inspection of this site. We need to keep the pressure on until they force the landowner to pull this dangerous wire down.

This is so dangerous. My dog runs through these woods all the time and I am terrified he is going to get seriously hurt. Take it down.
Walked past here yesterday and it looks awful. Completely ruins the area and its a massive hazard for kids.
ridiculous. have they never heard of a fence? this is an eyesore and a death trap for local wildlife and pets.
Seen horses spooked on this path before. If a horse bolts into that wire it will be absolutely horrific. Do something council.
Get it gone. Its just plain dangerous.

Total madness. Putting up wire that low to the ground is just asking for a lawsuit when someone gets hurt. Remove it immediately.
