My neighbors put up a barb wire fence to separate our property from his. Last week my dog and daughter got caught in the fence while playing ball. Thank god they were not hurt badly but it could have been much worse. We would like to change the law so unless u own livestock it would be illegal to have barb wire fencing in residentual areas.

My 3 dogs ran right through that fence and I'm so thankful that they didn't get cut... Unfortunately as I tried to get them untangled I did get cut and I have a pretty decent size scare from that fence.
They should have a regular fence not barbed wire!

I believe if you have no livestock that needs to be fenced this should be removed. Why would anyone do that knowing there is small children and dogs next door? They should be held responsible if anything was to happen to anyone!!

I believe if you have no livestock that needs to be fenced this should be removed. Why would anyone do that knowing there is small children and dogs next door? They should be held responsible if anything was to happen to anyone!!
