We the undersigned request that the electric wire fence which has been erected between the dunes and the beach on Inch be removed immediately for the following reasons.
1. It is denying access to the dunes which are a compelling aspect of the invaluable tourist amenity which is Inch beach.
2. The fence is blocking two long established rights of way. One a path along the top of the dunes, the other a very well-trodden path between the dunes and the beach.
3. The fence is electrified which is totally unsuitable for an area which will be full of young children during the summer months.
