As evident by the below signatures there have been umpteen residents that have experienced grievances with him in. Stephan is rude, belligerent & cannot carry out the duties he has been put in place to do.

Stephan is really incompetent and has no ability to solve problems but always has an excuse ready. The ticket system on the OpenItem app is usually only responded to after a week on average. Noise complaints are never investigated.
It seems it is not quite Stephen, but rather someone higher than him that is enforcing this pathetic approach of implementing rules. They tend to lack the capacity required to UNDERSTAND why rules are there and use it as a weapon to enforce fear which is dictator-like against our democracy.
Stephen has no concern for doing his job correctly. It feels as if we burden him with our issues and that he is doing us a favour. He is lazy and does not respond to issues or queries. He is against the people and not for the people, which it is quite evident in the way he operates, he will completely ignore a valid request but issue fines to units as he pleases for no valid reason.
Stephen is extremely unhelpful and rude. He does not treat the responsibility as a job and rather treats people like he is doing them a favour.
Very rude, lacks professionalism, incompetence and makes excuses when he doesnt do his job. His knowledge of basic knowledge and understanding is pathetic and I can't be happier to see him removed!!!

The manner in which issues are addressed and how he addressed me when I brought up 2 issues was appalling.

Stephen is not helpful and always rude when dealing with him. He continuously makes owners feel that he is doing them a favour even thou being the estate manager is his job. He takes long to respond to proper issues however will issue fines in a heartbeat.
