To whom it may concern,
This is a petition by homeowners in Eagle Brook Village to remove the median strip on Black Birch Drive in Wrentham, MA. This assumes the following:
Diplacido Development Corp will handle physical removal of the median strip and repair the existing area when repaving Black Birch Drive by the end of 2018.
This change will not impact the decision of The Town of Wrentham in regards to taking over the roads from Diplacido Development Corp as planned. The Town of Wrentham will consider taking ownership of the roads as they would if the median had remained.
The hope is that this petition will lead to easier snow removal, more space for street parking without blocking the sidewalk, and easier navigation on the roads by allowing cars to drive in either direction up exiting/entering homes impacted by the median.
This petition is signed by the homeowners with property that has the median in front of it as well as others from Eagle Brook Village in support of the change.

I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO THE CREW AT DIPLACIDO DEVELOPMENT AND THEY ARE ACTIVELY EVALUATING THE PLAN TO REPAVE THE ROAD!! THIS IS THE MOMENT WE FINALLY GET SOME REAL TRACTION ON CLEARING THAT MEDIAN STRIP FOR GOOD!!

THE MOMENTUM BEHIND THIS CHANGE IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! PEOPLE ARE READY TO RECLAIM OUR STREETS AND FINALLY GET THIS MEDIAN GONE ONCE AND FOR ALL!!

205 Black Birch drive, I support removing the median in between , it ‘s very conjusted to drive if there is another vehicle parked.
Not maintened well ! Snow plowing was never taken into consideration. Homeowners who need to back out of their properties are constantly concerned.
Difficult to turn into driveways.. ridiculous to try to always drive all the way and make a narrow U turn. Almost got stuck in someone’s driveway with snowbanks on either side and the median as there’s often not enough room with snow.. and have had to reverse and drive down the wrong way when trucks or vehicles don’t leave enough room.. I hate that!
We are on pheasant run ct The medians are weedy eyesores and cause traffic problems. Please fix the sidewalks too! They look awful!

112 Black Birch. Getting the mail truck or a delivery van through here is a nightmare when cars are parked. The median makes it way too tight and dangerous.
