A innocent child just lost her mother and was handed over to her “ biological father “ who has never spent one day with her. She has her grandmother Her aunts and plently family. How coulda judge for this?

Laniya Reeves should not, SHOULD NOT be in the hands of a man that didn’t want to be in her life until not after her mother died. There is no respect her for laniya. She hasn’t even fully processed that her mother is gone so you think giving her to a stranger yes a STRANGER is okay for her. What about her family or what about the ones that bend backwards for her the ones that stayed up Kong’s night because laniya couldn’t sleep. When laniya gets a boo boo she runs to titi and said titi I have a boo boo. Laniya father is breaking so many rules as her family is going through stuff he chose to put this on them. Laniya is everyone pride and joy on her mother side. Everyone loves laniya and I love laniya and it breaks my hear that the system let that man o that to her family. Give layniya back to her grandmother Marlisa and her auntie Victoria

It’s sad to take a child away from the only family she knows. I don’t understand why a child’s well being of their mental state during such a dramatic change in their life is being overlooked. How about him visiting until the child gets to know him before he quickly takes her out of her comfort zone.

Judge Horowitz awarded a low life custody. a 3yr old whos mother died to a man who didn't want to have anything to do with the baby, didn't want to pay child support. He lives pillar to post, sells drugs and diagnosed Schizophrenic. She should be removed.

I have had the upmost pleasure of dealing with "Judge" Horowitz personally. I dealt with her for a year and a half. My sons mother is abusive, unstable and has threatened to kill him multiple times. Ive pleaded and petitioned for evidence to be submitted. After i was assaulted by my ex i went to get an order of protection from her to which i was DENIED saying im not in any danger. She told my ex the goal of family court was to keep the child with the mother ALWAYS. The constant opposition from this judge is the biggest challenge in trying to protect your child. She cares nothing about protecting my child. she cares nothing about keeping a child with their loving caring family. She is negligent, uncaring, rude, aggressive, and abuses her power. She especially does not like individuals who know their rights and tries to stifle them in any way possible.

Just had her removed from a case due to everything everyone on here said! SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM FAMILY COURT EVEN AS A JUDGE!

My family is also fighting against her and without hearing the case her friends are involved and she just dismisses the case
