The volume of support has reached a level that allows me to formally request a meeting with the Board of Education members. I am currently drafting a letter to summarize our position on Option 2 for their upcoming session.

It keeps the community together and protects the kids from unnecessary transition stress. Option 2 is the only logical choice.
My kids have friends at Oakdale and moving them now makes no sense. Keep them where they are.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS. We moved to this neighborhood specifically for those schools. Do not change the boundaries!
stop moving our kids around like chess pieces. leave them at oakdale.
The board needs to consider the disruption this causes for working families. Keep the boundaries the same.

We love the teachers at oakdale. Please listen to the parents and keep it how it is.
