My grandpa , dad and brother have all worked for Climax at some point in time . This cross is in the memory of those who sacrificed their blood , seat and tears and many their lives doing a very dangerous job. For those who are offended by the cross may want to think about the things they use in their daily lives that they may not have if not for those who made the sacrifice , even if they were paid for doing it. Everything does not have to be made an issue in this day and age. Please relight the cross !

So im here to say that this has nothing to do with what religion someone has its about a cross that's been up in climax for , well since moses roamed the earth and so the last comment i read about the religion part of it well that is not true its about a beacon that's been there through the blinding storms of the night. So i think we don't need to do our RESEARCH or know our FACTS to know that we want our cross there. Or we will just put up another one on our own!!!!!

Keep it lit!! Can't ruin a tradition because every one is offended by everything and a majority of them aren't even locals.

Stop taking away our rights. If someone is offended then don't look at it.

Dear "Christians" - please remember that you all have the personal right to wear a cross, display a cross, share your faith personally. The cross is a direct sign of a particular faith in Jesus Christ. Many other believers in a higher power, a God, a religion other than yours are good, just, moral, kind and loving people. Your symbol of your faith. Work places are filled with religions and faiths of many kinds and yours is not better than another, it is different. A public company does not owe you anything to promote your religion. Please find a Christian way to share your faith other than knocking down others and diminishing the good works that could be done in a world needing faith and love, not arguments over what you think you are entitled to, because you are not. This is not about politics. This is about everyone having the right to take control of their own personal property and faith - not having a public company do it for you. This company made a decision - NOT based on two people, based on fairness and love for all who work there and all religious beliefs that pass by. I believe you all confuse the two people listed as company contacts with people who complained. This is not the case. Do your research, know your facts, and find a way to spread your faith and Christian values in a way that honors your faith rather than one that makes you look judgmental and unfair. All faiths love, not just yours.
