This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm pretty sure that the police can find several thousand other things(including their jobs) to do then fine teenagers for doing something that was a tradition when I was in school. Get a life.

Just ridiculous. So much more concerning behaviors to deal with. Kids aren't allowed to have some honest fun anymore. Have them clean up the campus of all litter and focus your attention on more significant problems.

So many things happen in this school that are much worse and no charges are ever filed. This could have been handled with a couple hours of detention.

SERIOUSLY!! It's water balloons! My kids here in Michigan thought that was the best prank ever. No damage cause water dries!! Some people need to learn to have a little fun!!!!!!

Stop wasting taxpayer money. Give those kids a mop and some rags and have them clean the cafeteria or better yet have them volunteer to make retribution.
