As an active tax paying member of society I can't believe we are wasting our resources on such petty issues. Why don't we save our police offers and judges time by dismissing this case. Let the kids parents handle the disciplinary actions.

This is not fair at all my son is facing criminal charges for a water balloon fight that did not injure anyone. To have these charges out on these boys will already destroy them from gettin jobs etc... Trying to destroy these boys future is not good and one thing for don't like ugly.

Let them walk!! Two teachers can commit adultery and still remain in their capacity and educate our middle school students.

We have had instances of teachers verbally threatening kids, while being recorded "I'm going to smash your head into the locker" - Jim Hill a couple years ago. Principal stated "there is not much we can do he is union" Same teacher caught with child porn in the class room a few years later.

This charge is hypocrisy. You have student athletes drinking, and doing drugs while coaches are well aware of it yet no one wants to say anything because they are "important" to the team. Yet they charge students that could possibly ruin their life over water balloons? Hypocrites.

It's fairly obvious they have no respect for Sandusky and she has earned very bit of it. IMO, she should not be a resource officer or a police officer. Her lack of fairness and judgement, the favoritism she shows are all indicators. Why isn't the chief of police setting her straight? Why isn't he pulling her from that school? Do people realize she spent one year at Central and was pulled? Anyone know why? I've heard why and it does even less for her character. Police officers should be fair, impartial, dignified and thick skinned. She is the root of all of this and is making a mockery of the school, the MPD and the city of Minot.

Don't we have more important issues? Like bullying ,drugs uses and selling, domestic violence and child abuse and neglect. Child pornography I could probably go on and on. Just some community service and move on.
