Gilgit Baltistan is a disputed region according to UNCIP resolutions. During 70 years under control of Pakistan, the 2 million people of Gilgit Baltistan live like a slaves. Pakistani establishment abuse human rights in the region.
There are many political activists who are jailed for asking basic rights of people according to UN resolution. Many facing life imprson and others are jailed for more then two years. Political prisoners are the following:

We appeal to United Nations, United Nation Human Rights Council, and other human rights organizations to ask Pakistani establishment for quick release of all political activists of Gilgit Baltistan and withdraw all false sedition charges on peaceful activists.
