Dianne Ngoza was detained on 16th November and taken to Yarl's Wood Immigration Removal Centre. Since she has been there, she has been denied access to an appropriate diet and essential treatment for her skin, and her communications have been monitored. While her legal battle for leave to remain in the UK is still ongoing, she cannot be removed from the country. There is therefore no justifiable reason, legal or otherwise, to keep her in Yarl's Wood. Release Dianne now!*

Recently Dianne came into my school and while speaking to her she touched my heart, along with many others. I believe that the way Dianne is being treated is unfair and goes against her basic human rights! She has become part of the local community and would be greatly missed if she wasn't able to stay in the UK.
I urge Amber Rudd to give Dianne's case careful consideration and to release her from Yarl's Wood pending a decision on her appeal. Dianne is not a criminal but is being treats as though she is one.
I the Parish Priest and The Parish Community of St. Wilfrid's in Longridge, Lancashire would like Dianne to continue living in our parish house.
Please please use your discretion in this case to release Dianne Ngoza from Yarl's Wood and allow her to be at home with her daughter. Thank you.
I have known Dianne for the last 18 months and I have seen that she is an important member of the community in Manchester. She has suffered a lot and it seems pointless and vindictive to keep her in Yarl's Wood.
Justice for Dianne - treat her like a human being
The extraordinary level of community and organisational support for Dianne demonstrates that she is a positive asset to life in Britain and deserves to be given leave to remain in the U.K. Incarcerating her at Yarl's Wood without respecting her human rights is despicable. As a UNITE member and as a campaigner against racism I am increasingly worried about the way our state is treating people of colour.

Please release Dianne Ngoza from Yarls Wood detention centre...to continue to detain her in her deteriorating health condition is hold is a breach of her human rights, degrading and humane treatment contrary to Article 3 Human Rights Convention.
