Charles Carlton is a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He has daily communications with his mom, co-workers and family members. We are all aware of what Charles is being accused of and we all know he is not that man at all. Charles is an upstanding member of the community who puts his family's well being first. On behalf of everyone who truly knows Charles, we are asking that he may be released on his own recognizance, or fair bond, so that he can return to his family and loved ones. If released we believe Charles would return to his family life as an upstanding and responsible member of the community and we know that he would undoubtedly honor his responsibilities to the court.
