Apple refuse to release the Lite version of Aussie4x4 built for devices with 1GIG of RAM. Our premium app Aussie4x4 Premium is for devices 2GIG+
Apple refuse to release the Lite version. This is preventing many people for being able to play, and COMPETE ON THE SAME TRACKS..However Apple see this as a form of Spam and are now punishing us by delaying all of our apps when being reviewed.
By signing this partition you can let Apple know that they are not adding to 'user experience' with the use of this policy they are instead upsetting their users. Apples official response below -

Your app duplicates the content and functionality of apps submitted to the App Store, which is considered a form of spam.
Apps that simply duplicate content or functionality create clutter, diminish the overall experience for the end user, and reduce the ability of developers to market their apps.
You will experience a delayed review process if you deliberately disregard the App Store Review Guidelines, ignore previous rejection feedback in future app submissions, or use your app to mislead or deceive users.
Important Information
As a result of violating this guideline, your app’s review has been delayed. Future submissions of this app, and other apps associated with your Apple Developer account, will also experience a delayed review.

The current level of support provides the leverage needed to escalate this conflict with Apple review management. I am compiling these signatures for inclusion in a formal appeal document that outlines the specific performance limitations of older hardware.

I've been looking forward to the game and the one that's not lite keeps crashing
This isn't right, people have been waiting for this game to come out, only to realise that their device cannot support the full game. Free the lite version for Aussie4x4 fans!
