I have never had to pay by installments but will support all those who do as I know it is the difference between having and not having your holiday home. Cannot understand why this has been introduced.

when we were sold the van we were told we had a choice of repayments for our site fees ..how do you expect us to fine 3500 £ in 3 months ..if all the sites are the same then so be it but why just ours ....so wrong .

People need to have the choice to pay by instalments and not have it taken away from them.

Been on site for 15 years as a single parent with a daughter with learning disabilities it's the only freedom she has and we would both be heartbroken to lose our little piece of haven, not happy about the way we have been treated at all no loyalty for anyone.

3 months notice is not enough notice for most people to find whole site fee. Most of us have finance too to find. We are in a very precarious situation with the threat of our vans having to be removed if not paid by nov 1st. Instalments are available on all other park resorts park this is totally unfair.
