We were told we could pay in instalments when we were sold our caravan and therefore haven't the means to pay in full just before Christmas. This has been a huge shock and upset!

We came onto this site naively, we believed that park resorts would be a straight forward, upfront company clearly we were wrong, we have a few issues of our own that we will be tackling with head office but this issue of no instalments & park offering no solution is underhand & deceitful, & must not be allowed. If park choose not to listen & totally disregard how strongly owners feel about this I for one will be seeking legal help & making sure that park receive bad publicity over this stunt.

We upgraded in June and told we could pay site fees in 3 instalments there no way we can find full amount by November plus finance plus money we owe due to upgrade

Both myself and my wife support this petition and think that it is disgusting that longer notice was not given and we were sold our vans on the pretext of being able to pay by instalments
