If you take a life or in some way destroy a persons life yet let them live… eg rape, your life should be taken. A life for a life, hence I am in no favour for the Death Penalty having been abolished. Obviously circumstances need to prevail. I.e, if there was an accident and there were fatalities, then all needs to be taken into consideration before judgement is passed.
However, when there is evidence beyond a shadow of doubt, where action was premeditated and carried out resulting in death, then the perpetrator must die!
