REINSTATEMENT OF DEATH PENALTY IN SOUTH AFRICA

Too many people have lost their lives.The death penalty should be enforced.A person is given a prison sentence and then given parole.When he is released on parole he commits another murder .If you research and compile statistics you will find that many murders that are committed was committed by a person on parolee that was already sentenced for murder.These are career criminals that have no chance of rehabilitation. They will be released from prison and rob and murder again. Courts and Prisons need to keep Statistics that are made public of people that commit murder are sentenced, are paroled and commit murder again.You will be shocked at the results of the stats.Not only murder what about rape .People are sentenced for rape ,released on parole and commit rape again.Think about the victim.The victim will be traumatized for the rest of her life ,she will never be the same again ,hoping she was dead.Is this fair while the perpetrator is still living ,fed in prison and receives quick access to medical treatment while the victim has to stand in a long queue in a government hospital waiting for treatment after her trauma.Is this a democracy .Is this equal rights for all.It is not.Now if the death penalty is so wrong howcome other countries implemented it ,yet their murder rate is not as high as ours.Our country is the most violent country in the world.

I support this cause whole heartedly. Crime in South Africa is out of hand. No strict laws. Prisoners go in for a little while and are out in a few years. The vicious cycle starts again. Hard-core criminals roam around this country. It seems like SA is the only country that allowed so much injustice to continue daily. It's time people stand together to make this a better country to live in. Fed up with the ways things are going on in SA.

It is much needed especially for crimes of rape molestation. Murder and accomplice to murders and crimes. This wil redirect the thinking capacity of criminals to find lawfully means of earning a living. Drug related crimes should also be punished by death penalty, as this will also curb il the influx of drugs intn our society,, I pray this is brought back. Many many lives are lost to crime. Murder of all things as well as rape and molestation need to be taken more seriously by government. For the public. Other matters are taken to court and punishment is met out. Why is this crime neglected. Is government part of it? If not then the death penalty should be instilled.
