If the death penalty is brought back, merciless killings in South Africa would drop massively. Serving Jail time is not enough, the convicts are well taken care in prison with food, shelter, lights & water and education. They come out on parole for good behaviour or either done serving their time, but unfortunately it will not bring back someone's loved one. They are back onto doing crimes such as stealing and killing if they have too. These merciless killers must face the dead penalty.
