The death penalty should also apply to those who will never rehabilitate - child molesters. They get parole to do it again and, this time, murder the child. It has to stop!

I think 15 to 25 years in prison is not justified for murder because if you can take alive away then yours should be taken too. If the death penalty comes back to court there will be fewer murder cases and ppl now a day kill for the smallest of things knowing they be out in a few years time, like murder desires the death penalty or life in prison but that fail too. I really hope it come back into south as soon as possible...
