Reinstate death penalty

Due to the fact that there is now death penalty and due to the fact that a very low percentage of murderers and rapists are actually successfully convicted, we need the death penalty as deterrent for these barbaric crimes. Also the SA jails are too full and the law abiding tax payer must foot the bill. This is dubble jeopardy on law abiding citizens who gets punished for criminals' crimes. This is a totally unfair situation and it impacts very negatively on law abiding citizens' human rights.

Urgently bring back the death penalty. Too many innocent South Africans are dies in such henious ways.
