We all understand the importance of safety during this time of COVID. That being said, we have a job to do as agents and our ability to do so has been severely effected by not having a broker's tour. Our value comes from our knowledge of the market and without seeing property, it is hard to really know value. We also are now forced to show property and waste our time and our clients time on places we would have eliminated if we had broker's tour. No one is saying flood a house with as many agents as possible, but we believe safe, limited and a protected broker's tour could be established. SFAR's role is to be an organization that represents us, the agents. If this is our desire, they should help us enact what the agents want.
