We should be able to follow similar guidelines as grocery stores or to-go restaurants. Masks, capacity limits, social distancing are all normal activities now. We have shown we can be safe and responsible - we need to relax brokers tours and open houses.

We are an essential service just as restaurants and grocery stores are. SF is allowing gyms and salons to open. People spend way more time indoors at any of these types of businesses. I don't understand how its any different than letting a limited number of persons into a property with proper protocols (masks, distancing, sanitizing). In fact I believe its less risky than dining in a restaurant.

Agree 100% - we need to be able to see property and in an organized way. Broker tour is the best practice and we all know how to do it safely.

I AGREE I believe we are doing our Sellers and our Buyers a huge disservice by not being able to have Brokers Tour or Open houses....its ridiculous...enough is enough - this is about our Sellers and our Buyers Not US - SFAR please, As long as you are not letting us go back to normal w/precautions of course, you are helping with the exodus and decline of sf realestate values, Please Stand up for San Francisco RealEstate. Our business is Essential - people can walk around Macys? Safeway? .....really? Thank you Butch for bringing this to the table!
