Ridiculous decision. PHY 122 is mandatory for my major and now I have no idea how to fit it in before I graduate.
How am I supposed to take the mcat without this course?? This is a huge setback for my schedule.
This school should be a advocate for the students and making sure they are most prepared for their futures as they can be. Reinstate PHY 122 for these students to pursue their goals.
I believe that the biology students and premed students should not have to suffer!
This is a critical junction in many premed students such as myself to take courses in physics with a concentration in life sciences, but our career paths may be considerably affected by such an abrupt retraction of courses. I would entreat te relevant authorities to reinstate the course for the Fall 2018 semester so that all of us can pursue our academic goals with ease. Not to mention, the unpopularity the school might gain during these preocesses.
