The administration finally folded and reinstated Mr. Grant. This outcome proves that AAEC Paradise Valley cannot just discard quality educators without facing a massive fight from the community. We won this round but keep your eyes open because we are watching how they treat their staff from here on out.
I am dismayed with the recent firing of Mr. Brad Grant at AAEC Paradise Valley. Good math teacher like him are very had to come by, especially at this school. I do not believe the reasons for firing him were sufficient for the action. I would like him to return to his former role in the school.
The administration at AAEC Paradise Valley is finally feeling the heat because this momentum is impossible to ignore. They thought they could silence a great teacher and move on without anyone noticing but they were dead wrong.

Grant was only doing his job. He took away the student's phone because they were on it in class. He's also not dangerous or a threat to anyone's safety! So him being fired..it's just ridiculous! Bring him back, please, please, please!

I feel Mr. Grant's situation should have been evaluated differently and more throughly. I had him freshman year and was definitely looking forward to have him again my junior year. He made math more understandable and I felt I could trust him with any personal issues I went to him about!

The only reason I ever passed my math class was because Mr. Grant was there to help me. He tutored me and helped me get ahead of the ball. I was so excited to have Mr. Grant have as my math teacher next year. I thought he would be my one consistent math teacher that I would have at AAEC, but unfortunately that's not true.

As a mom, I am saddened to hear that Mr Grant is no longer at AAEC. My daughter struggled tremendously with math until she had Mr Grant for her teacher. He helped my daughter to understand math and made learning math fun. Please reinstate Mr Grant.

Mr. Grant is a very understanding teacher, dedicated to helping all of his students in any way possible. He made people feel comfortable with him and wasn't the aloof educator some teachers can be. Mr. Grant wanted to see us be successful and dedicated his time to helping us achieve this. RIP physics (and any math class, really) without him

As a former student of Mr. Grant's I find it outrageous that he would be fired. He was an amazing teacher who helped me understand algebra and other forms of math. He also taught me about the real world and how high school can hugely impact your post high school career.

Bring him back. I always failed math until I got in his class. He actually made sure students understood what we were learning. nobody can repleace mr. Grant. I am so sad I actually cried in class and i only had him for not even half a semester that says something.
