As an alumni, I respect and see how much life coach Corbett has brought back to the Valley Women’s program- re-establishing the program to be a competitive force as women’s wrestling grows. While, I don’t have much knowledge on the circumstances that led to his removal, removing him this close to the post season is not just affecting him but it is a disservice to the many women who will require his coaching and leadership.

Coach Corbett is an amazing coach and role model on and off the mat. As someone who wrestled for Coach Corbett for 4 years, I can vouch for his honesty and integrity. The seniors of Moval deserve to have their coach present during senior night. Our seniors have dedicated years of blood, sweat, and tears and deserve to be celebrated alongside the coach who was there with them through it all.
