There is no zebra or pelican crossing so kids who walk to school on their own have to cross a busy road on their own. Chaos in the morning with all the cars dropping off aswell makes this road difficult to cross safely. If plan is to stop the crossing patrol a pelican/zebra crossing is needed.

I was a crossing patrol person for six years after my son was ran down on a crossing near our home . Don’t wait for a tragedy.

It is vital that the crossing patrol person should be reinstated immediately !! Please don't let there be an accident before this happens.

I use this crossing every day with my three children. I don’t feel safe enough to cross that part of the road without a lollipop man/lady. Cars always seem in a rush, along with inconsiderate parking and I believe an accident will occur soon.

The council should spend less on putting speed humps all over our roads then the money could be spent on our children's safety.

There isn’t any kind of crossing outside the school so a “lollypop” person is crucial. Surely the safety of children is paramount?!

Please continue to provide a crossing patrol to keep my granddaughters and all other children at Llanishen Fach Primary School safe.

The road in front of Llanishen Fach school is too busy and dangerous to not have a crossing patrol. Please reinstate before someone gets hurt.

There are Cardiff buses, delivery lorries for local shops and parent vehicles in addition to normal passing traffic. With many o,dear children walking to and from school unassisted this is a severe health and safety risk. With around 500 children attending this school, a supervised crossing patrol is essential.

Please reinstate the school patrol officer at Llanishen fach school as the cruising is too unsafe otherwise because of speeding cars.

More council cuts in a wrong area. A busy school with very young children crossing a busy road, especially at school times,. An accident just waiting to happen. Children's safety going and leaving school at that age is very important.

Will it take an accident or even a fatality before this is reintroduced?
