There needs to be consequences like rehab or pay a fine or pay for the cost of the Narcan
Please make them go to rehab. Reviving them and turning them loose is a waste of resources which our city doesn't have.

I believe the should be arrested and of they don't supply there dealers name and address the should be put in jail and complete rehab

This is a good idea cause they know they can walk away and someone will save them
