Tahukah anda pembeli RUMAWIP ini bukanlah terlalu kaya untuk anda minta ribuan ringgit daripada kami? Ambil lagi RM100 untuk yuran pentadbiran? Sedangkan yuran penyelenggaraan sudah dibayar RM160 sebulan.
Agree! I want management office reduce the deposit of renovation. This house is RUMAH MAMPU MILIK not high end CONDO.
We bought the unit, with our hard earned money. If we do have that much cash, we should have gone for pricier units at other places.
The deposit RM2500+RM500 for unit renovation unreasonable ,we are poor and good citizen,please reduce to RM1000 as our affordable rate.
Suggest to reduce the renovation deposit to RM1000 only. This house is an affordable home, and we the buyer also come from middle income family. The current charge does not meet the actual purpose of this home

Agreed with this petition to reduce the depo for reno cost. Or can introduce new depo rule based on reno cost in range from minimum to max.
