The whole Ingles shopping center and parking lot has be declining for several years now. It is a requirement that all structures, especially business's within the city of Villa Rica are required to be kept up under the maintenance of structures ordinance. Also, The actual corporation may not be aware of this.

This particular Ingles looks like an old Piggly Wiggly. I have been in there once and will not return as the inside of the store is ark and dingy. The Ingles in Paulding County near Nebo elementary looks awesome, nice, bright and clean.

Would love for the area to get an over haul, since it seems they are going to stay in the present location and not build close to the Bay Springs area as they announced years ago. . .

The Ingles stores in the surrounding areas are so much nicer than the one in Villa Rica which illustrates what the company is capable of. Carrollton, Temple and Bremen have very nice stores and Villa Rica does not.

I was coming through the parking lot by the tanning place at night and FELL INTO A HUGE HOLE! It's absolutely ridiculous the size of this hole! Something needs to be done asap! And I'm not taking about crush and run! Come on Villa Rica !

The blighted exterior and dirty interior make me not want to shop there. Other stores and restaurants surrounding have updated and Ingles makes our city look bad.
