Thank you for creating this. This plaza, and more importantly Ingles, is in a condition that is unsanitary and an eye sore to the community. I am a frequent shopper at that plaza because it’s the closest Ingles to Fairfield, but it desperately needs to be remodeled.

A renovation would improve foot traffic to an overlooked and outdated shopping center. Many people avoid the area and use the plaza as a cut through from Hwy 61 to Hwy 78. Temple and Bremen both have smaller populations than Villa Rica yet both have the "super" Ingles stores with pharmacy, gas station, and marketplace. They are also both completing renovations on these almost new stores, while the Villa Rica location withers away, staying much the same as it was when it opened in the 1980's.

We deserve so much better. We are a growing grocery market with a population in excess of 15,000 in the immediate area. The condition of this Ingles Plaza is an embarrassment to the Ingles brand.
