I go to this store every day. It's literally my only source of food. My mom send me to kroger for anything the house needs. I always end up walking because of no transportation and i live very close.

Getting rid of the South Limestone Kroger would leave that side of town without grocery store at all, meaning they would have to find a way across town just to do shopping. It’s ridiculous honestly and I believe it’s a big mistake.

I've been shopping at Kroger for over 20 years and now since south limestone store is closing the south end of Springfield will be a food desert especially when theirs alot of people who walk to Kroger's for food and theirs alot of elderly who depends on this store now alot of people gotta figure out a way to get to the other Kroger stores especially when theirs limited transportation

So many will be affected. So many have been loyal to this branch for over 35 years. Please consider the economic hurt this will cause our community.

I've lived on the South side majority if my life. This Kroger is our family not just a grocery store. It's a shame that we will not have a food supply store close by even if you have transportation it still needs to be one in walking distance for those that can't get to the store any other way but walking. That store is part of our neighborhood and will always be.
