The department continues to look away while Althea is forced to do the same amount of work with half the resources. I have been spending my nights writing letters to the administration that they conveniently ignore. This is exhausting but I am not walking away from this.

totally agree. she helped me so much last semester when i was gonna drop out. dont do this to her.
Operational excellence? More like cutting the heart out of the department. Keep her at 100%.
Ridiculous decision. She does the work of three people already. RESTORE HER HOURS.
althea is literally the best person in that office. this school makes no sense sometimes.
Althea is the only reason I made it through my thesis. How are we supposed to get proper advising with half the time? This is ridiculous.
