Recall Petition Against Hon. Ofiks Kagban for Failure of Representation In the Rivers State House of Assembly, Nigeria.

It is with deep concern that we bring to your attention the state of our representation at the Rivers State House of Assembly. Following the recent Supreme Court judgment, Hon. Ofiks Kagban has continued to betray the trust of the people by engaging in anti-people politics and pursuing self-serving interests at the expense of our constituency.
We, the undersigned constituents, state as follows:
That Hon. Ofiks Kagban has failed in his primary duty to represent the interests of the Andoni people, instead prioritizing personal and external agendas.
That his actions and inactions have contributed to economic hardship, mass suffering, and a lack of development in Andoni.
That he has neglected civil servants, healthcare workers, women in maternity wards, schoolchildren, and the general welfare of our people.
That his continued stay in office is a waste of our mandate, and we have lost confidence in his leadership.
That under Section 110 (a) & (b) of the Nigerian Constitution (as amended in 2023), we have the right to initiate his recall through a petition signed by more than half of the total registered voters in our constituency, to be submitted to the Chairman of INEC, followed by a referendum.
In view of his woeful performance, we seek your support to formally commence the recall process. If we have an overwhelming majority, we shall take the necessary steps to ensure the people of Andoni are represented by a more credible, people-focused, and independent-minded leader.
Let us take back our mandate for the good of Andoni!

It is clear that the lack of progress in our schools and clinics is not just a policy failure but a direct consequence of this neglect. We are preparing the formal paperwork to ensure our demand for accountability reaches the right offices.

The momentum behind this recall shows that the people of Andoni are finally tired of being ignored. Watching our community unite to reclaim our mandate confirms the deep anger I feel every single day when I see our schools and clinics falling apart.

Andoni House of Assembly member Hon Ufik Kagban have not executed any tangible project ,no empowerment program
The said man is incompetent and doesn't know his right from is left. We are in this game for development of our constituency and who ever that is not performing the said task giving to him/her by the people should go down please. Andoni is so under developed to be waiting for people who makes excuses out of nothing, if kagban can not be of good instrument at the assembly level he should resign and come back home so another person who is ready to serve emerge
He has failed his constituency, primarily he is supposed to represent the people but choose to support past government which will intensively and extensively not benefit Andoni
