Family justice system is flawed, it needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Its basic law should be that both parents have a right to the child, unless evidence is found to the contrary. The presumption of shared care should be uppermost. In most cases the father has taken the mother to court for contact. without any evidence to a large part of the time, the father is denied any meaningful access to his child, this is so damaging to the father child relationship, and is not in the BEST INTEREST of the child. This system is in place and in some cases used as a tool by mothers who wield this vicious weapon to wipe the father from the child’s life.
