It's closer is causing major disruption to businesses and residents and is also affecting tourism e.g. fishing on the dee.

Get a grip and get it fixed. This is disgraceful how long it has been closed. They have known this issue for many years now and never addressed this properly. The current state is due to short cuts and failed decisions.
