Re evaluate Solano County's bad judge's decisions

Horrible judgment made by Judge Ichikawa in my case could have seriously jeopardized the safety of my Grandchildren. Thank God the drug addicted homeless parent chose to do the right thing by the children. He will go to complete opposite of what a common sense decision should be. Even against the recommendations of his own court appointed mediators and court investigators

Bad urges need to leave . They are corrupting the judiciary system. Please get rid of them

I was placed in Gary Ichikawa's court. He granted full custody to my ex husband with 4 hours of supervisor visitation. My ex husband is a convicted felon and drug dealer. We went to court on several occasions and I have been granted sole custody. Gary Ichikawa I said because my son's father was not in contact with him for over year that I should've chased him and made him be a father because I didn't he gave him full custody of our son and ordered me to pay $8,000 in lawyer fees that were his. Ichikawa refused to speak to our son on several occasions we went to mediation the mediators recommendation was that he stayed in my home. Gary Itchkawa neglected to listen to everything the mediator said and place him in his father's home against everything everyone said. Our son was a runaway for over year his father dropped him at school he misses whole 10th grade year when I brought this to Gary Ichikawa attention he said that he didn't care. Gary Itchikawa should be thrown off the bench.

The only decision a judge should be in the best interest of the child. Any other factors a judges uses is potentially detrimental to the child. The judge must speak for the child.

The Judge I had allowed me ex who stalked and harassed me and my family have more custody than me. Even after the court mediator said he should have supervised visitation.

Anyone know of these judges favoring law enforcement?! I do. They assume they are telling the truth but there are bad cops too. The judge didn't even sware him in a few times and made a statement about his personal opinion towards law enforcement before the trial even started. Showing his bias. So much to say and I wasn't allowed.

This is happening to me right now! The judge is culturally biased.

This is a horrible injustice and I personally know someone whose little boy has suffered tremendously at the hands of one of these so called judges. It needs to stop, lives are at stake, time to think of the children not the bribes you are receiving, the friendship you have with the parent (man) and put these children with the parent that truly cares for them.

Mothers deserve a fair justice system too!!!!!

I have contacted Honorable Gary Itchakawa's office to express my concern over his bias rulings which have left one child I know personally in an environment of abuse. The reaction I received was one of indifference. Although Honorable Gary Itchakawa is in a position of determining laws, he takes it upon himself to make decisions based on bias and personal relationships.

Justice is being served.
