my sisters judge finally had agreed to court order a hair follicle drug test for the father of their child, the father shows up with NO Hair anywhere! So insufficient hair meant no hair follicle test and judge should have counted that as a positive drug test or ordered him to test once hair was grown out and ordered him not to shave his head arms and legs so that there could be hair for the test! Nope none of that happened the judge shrugged his shoulders and did not care for the fact that this guy broke a window on his own 4 month old baby and still granted him almost half custody!!!! What ?

I am signing because the injustices faced by my friends should not legally stand. A judge's decision should NEVER endanger the child to force a punishment on a parent to keep them from disagreeing.

it's disgraceful that those charged with the well being of children are not doing their jobs due to bias or ouright discrimination. They should be stopped and their cases reviewed and if found to be negligent stripped of their position.
