My great granddaughter is forced to spend time with her father but he drinks and drives and uses drugs and drives putting her in harm's way.

I have also experienced injustice in Solano county. My sister was killed in a car accident cause by a drunk driver. the judge overseeing the case has allowed legal proceedings to be continued for SIX unbelievable years now. There is has been no justice and our rights have been violated time and time again! There is absolutely no justification as to why she has allowed this circus to continue in her courtroom. I've also considered starting a petition on our family's behalf. This judge has been complete biased and has even allowed the public defender to lie during testimony without any correction or consequence. This has been the most horrific time of our lives and the DA's office has offered nothing but empty promises... They've continued to admit we've been treated unfairly and say that a continuance will not happen again, but here we are six years later and still no justice in Solano county.

My friend's son is affected by decisions one of these judges made and it surely did not have the child's best interest. This child cries every weekend when they have to go to their fathers due to neglect and abuse but those concerns were brushed aside. Stop the injustice.

We all need to stand up and fight solano county has ruined my life my children's life and so many other familys, not only are my children with a domestic violence perpetrator but they are with a man who has no clue on how to be a father please stand up and fight

My grandson has suffered from this - the judge has ordered him to be with his father every weekend, despite the fact my grandson has been injured there repeatedly from lack of supervision. His father leaves him with other family members while he goes off. Even a case of questionable sexual abuse 2 years ago - they feel he "made it up". A 4 year old does not know about those things to be able to make them up!!

Is judge unger apart of this? I went in with no lawyer and never had a chance she has sided with the father and him and his girlfriend can do no wrong and what they took me to court for was out of my control of what happened with my daughter just very unfair that she awarded them with pretty much full custody and doesn't seem to care that they don't follow the court order but I have to abide by it

Itchakawa does not have the children interest at all he has his own agenda. He has placed children with sex offending fathers, how does that protect the children

Your "fathers rights" put my son into major depression and anxiety. I had everything to provide for my son and take care of and raise him right but solano county judges think bad fathers need rights.

Gary Itchakawa is not a fair and impartial judge. He is curt, biased and does not make sound decisions. If you belong to a police dept. you are a golden boy in his eyes and can do no wrong. Totally myopic!
