Carringer's ruling on a recent case in favor of the irresponsible father makes zero sense. If you actually care about the wellbeing of your kids, best hope she's removed or you luck out and she's not the one presiding.

I've never met a more heartless person. Christine Carringer should NOT be in a public service position. She's a bigot and makes judgements based on her own personal beliefs. Whose idea was it to put a judge in office to oversee the livelyhood of others who has two DUIs on her record?

I fear for the children whose parents family court case judge is Carringer. I've seen, first handedly, how her lack of better judgement affects the children. She needs to be fired.

Judge Itchakawa took custody from my daughter, gave complete 100% custody to an absentee father who hasn 't seen the child since he 2weeks old in the intensive care nursery, but he is 5 now.

I just had a hearing this morning with judge Carringer due to child abuse and harrastment from my ex-wife. I have posted before how bias this judge is.I happened to file the pettion the day we went to settle another issues and she thinks that I purposely timed it to prolong this nightmare.To make the story short,she did not give me a thing even when I had police reports of incidents but she did take the time to read her response and side with her...I wish we could have more people signing this petition and for ALL OF US that have been short change to get another day with a better judge!

Carringer has a biased opinion in my case. She unfairly took my son on a claim that i had exposed my son to marijuana. There was no substantial proof and no child investigation at all. Only thing was his word against mine. She dosent even listen to both sides at all. Just the side she likes in this case the fathers.

I wasn't treated fairly. Both the mother and I were ordered to take drug tests. I took the test to prove I wasn't on drugs. The mother did not and it was over looked it because she was a woman. I know for a fact the mother was dirty.

I am a great mother and I lost custody of my son this year, for no valid reason. I have always been primary parent. My son 14 was being bribed with unsupervised freedom, material possessions (2-dirt bikes) vacations to Disneyland, Idaho and Utah. I have 7 police reports where father violates the judge’s order refusing to allow my son to visit me. Our son had 60 missing assignments last year and father pulled him out of school, sent him alone out of state (without my consent) over my Thanksgiving Holiday, my son had failing grades while on fathers watch. I lost holiday visitation with him too. Father still does not follow the judge’s court orders, but has always been favored by this judge. The judge buys fathers false narrative without evidence. I only have our son 3-6 days a month, when father decides to let him come. I see him 72 days a year, against the recommendation of the court appointed LCSW. The judge gave custody to father even though is gone at work, while I am home and able to supervise and care for our son. The judge took away my 1st right of refusal and constitution rights to be a parent. Father crafted the custody scam to get out of paying the child support obligation for our son. I’ve had cancer 3 times, 5 diagnoses, currently in remission on disability. Time with my child cannot be replaced. I have another, second case with the exact same judge. I remarried 10 years after 1st marriage. I was only married 20 months. He was a con man. No children, no joint assets, no joint debt. The same BIASED judge handled both family law cases and my custody case. My 2nd husband hired 1st husbands attorney after violating the judges protection order in 2013. He was arrested twice in 2015 and is being charged in criminal court with felony stalking and gun charges. The DA found evidence of collaboration between both husbands, over 500 text messages planning to tag team me in court, take custody of my son, take his child support and take my home. These men make $100,

yes, uses our english (2nd language) to her advantage! total discrimination against minorities and our family matter issues to benefit them all. no different than the color of law.
