Re evaluate Solano County's bad judge's decisions

agreed, not matter if there is children or not, they will rob you. contra costa, and solano as well as san francisco all working together. our children and spouses are being robbed by all of these people.

very very interesting. this is clearly discrimination against immigrants. I had attorneys, Justin Tabayoyo, Pamela Jones, Lofty Mrich and attorney Marianne Dresner for my ex husband, then Judge Christine Carringer. This need to be exposed and need to stop. My ex is ALSO A VICTIM! This is what creates abuse and murders in marriages and among couples. This justice system and family court in California needs reform now! The only people who benefited is these dishonest abusers. using our constitutional right, our persue of happiness as a p'piggy bank' for all of them. Being denied even the right to talk and defend allegations, denying my ex and I to talk to each other is worst than 'apartheid and slavery'

The legal system is supposed to be fair and protect those who need protection. I am so disgusted with Judge Carringer and her biased unprofessionalism. I am signing for my GF who is being abused yet again this time by the family courts.

I think we all need to band together and file complaints with the Judicial Review Board as well as with the local courts..if enough people come forward they are going to have no choice but to take a look at this corruption that is happening in Solano County. People need to start filing "Peremptory Challenges" , "Challenges for Cause", "Writs for Mandate", and "Change of Venues" in all of there cases with these judges. If enough people complain maybe we can get some justice. I also think that it is important that we support one another by showing up at each others hearings. My next hearing with Carringer will be on December 14,2016 and December 15,2016 at 2PM. Hope to see some of you there.

Further Judge Christine Carringer has TWO DUI' s and arrests....how is she even a judge??

I am a current victim of Christine Carringer. She is presiding over two family law cases that I am involved in running concurrently. On Thursday I went to court yet again with my sons father who I have had to get restraining order and no contact orders for. He has even caused my sons school to go on lock down because of his psychopathic behavior and was arrested at the school. He has retained Daniel Cantrell to represent him in court. Daniel Cantrell in an attorney out of Contra Costa County and that is where Judge Christine Carringer and was a practicing attorney for many years. Judge Christine Carringer has done nothing but ignore the laws and put me and my child in danger. She has blatantly refused to review evidence presented to her. She has even made remarks in the court hearings that she does not care about law and would make laws in her court room. Also I had yet another hearing that afternoon in regards to my divorce proceeding in which my ex husband is blatantly abusing the discovery process to harass me, she sanctioned me yet again $1500 saying my responses to his absurd demands were insufficient when in fact they were in compliance with the civil code. Further my other ex husband is being represented by Justine Kirk Tabayoyon who also happens for be from Contra Costa County. This is not not a coincidence. This has been going on for more than two years with her I have lost two jobs in this process. If anyone can help or has any ideas please contact me a [email protected] or 707-384-9292. I know someone who is going through this and it seems so unfair that this can happen to anyone. It isn't right and something needs to be done.

I think your right about this judge who does not know what is fair judgement is. And does not care about the true welfare of the children. She is putting all our children in danger because of her decision that is so bias.

My daughter have the same experience to this horrible Judge Carringer who only listen to her ex bf but always interrupt and cut her off every time she needs to explain herself. And would not even allow her to say anything at all.We also lives in vallejo I think we all need to come together and petition this judge of unlawful practice of law.

Judge Unger granted my Ex-husband spousal support ignoring the law that says that a victim is not to be sentenced to ever having to pay spousal support to its abuser.

I am experiencing right now the "bias" attitude from Christine Carringer. I'm heading to court for "contempt" because ex-wife could not wait for process to take its course. I'm facing jail time because I refuse to pay mortgage to a house that is already on short sale. All this for the sake of my ex to save her credit!

I have experienced this first hand in both Contra Costa and Solano. It needs to be stopped. Children's well being is at stake.

This is unacceptable these judges are not looking out for the best interest of the children in these cases. They need to be removed from their benches for good!!!!

This lady is out of control she DOES NOT listen or can not comprehend what is being said to you she then jumps to conclusion and when you try to rectify she is not understanding what you are saying she cuts you off and makes you feel incompetent. After researching her i discovered she was not even elected to her postion, the lovely Mr.Brown basically made her a shoe in.
