This bank is always busy. I have been banking in the local branch since I was a child. The branch is part of the community. The elderly don't want to use Internet or telephone banking they want someone face to face that they trust. These are just some of the reasons why the branch should not close.

If this branch closes I don't know where there is another branch local to where I am, elderly people will be in the same position and maybe can't drive to get to that other branch.

It easy for me to get to and all the staff are very nice to us. Because I have learning difficulties I don't want to see it shut that means that I have to use the Falkirk bank.

To people who are not computer literate
To people who go not have a vom outer
To prophecies like myself who were robbed on holiday found themselves with no money no cards and no means to access some
This bank knows their customers
Listens to their customers snd assists appropriately and treats with kindness and respect

It would be a huge loss to the community if this busy branch was to close.Alot of people would have no option but to change banks as they are unable to do online banking.Please keep the Stenhousemuir branch open and allow us to continue being served and assisted by the fantastic staff.

It's disgusting to think closure may go ahead. Under no circumstances shall I be using Your falkirk branch it is not accessible and is situated in a very rundown high street which I never shop. I will close my Business account personal account and Mortgage should closure go ahead. RBS have not thought about their clients needs ....very disappointing RBS.!

This cannot be closed it is a very well used branch and if it is taken away there will be loads of elderly won't be able to gain access to a bank.

Closing this busy branch which is in a fantastic location to support local residents, businesses and people with disability access issues would be a massive loss to the area. The Falkirk branch is not easily accessible for those with disabilities. If the branch closes I'm afraid we'll likely move to another bank.

My place of work uses this branch and wil change banks if this closure happens. It's always busy, used by elderly, young mothers and many people who don't drive and would find it difficult to use the branch in central Falkirk. Many vulnerable people use the bank and get a very personal, helpful service. The staff go out of their way to make sure customers are looked after. Larbert is continuing to grow at a fast pace and needs this branch. There is ample free parking and excellent access for prams, wheelchairs etc so people from out with use the branch. The Falkirk branch has very limited parking and the supermarket next door charges. Please reconsider.

THE CLOSURE OF THIS BRANCH WOULD BE A HUGE LOSS TO NOT ONLY THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BUT ALL OF THE PEOPLE FROM SURROUNDING AREAS THAT ALSO USE THIS BRANCH. THE STAFF ARE AN ABSOLUTE CREDIT TO RBS AND THE SERVICE THEY OFFER IS ALWAYS FIRST CLASS.
