This branch cannot close as it it greatly needed in the village by not just our older generation who do not drive or have confidence in computer banking. It is needed by us all, closing this branch and expecting people to travel in to town is just outrageous. My auntie is over 70 and uses this branch every week, no way at all she wilould manage to get in to the town to use another branch aswell as a lot of others I know!!

I am unable to drive and to get to another "local" branch would take me an hour on a bus. Stenhousemuir/Larbert and a large area of surrounding towns use this branch and for people like me or disabled and elderly closing this branch could likely mean the loss of customers. I am seriously considering leaving after being a customer for over 15 years if this branch shuts.

I rely on this bank due to illness i don't drive can't travel in public transport so it's only a short walk away from my house,i use this bank every week ,we can't lose this branch to many people rely on it including myself

This has been my bank since I was a young lad. My parents and mother/father in law don't use digital or telephone banking and rely on a branch - one to one interaction! To remove this facility would be a sad day for stenhousemuir! the expectation that everyone can make it to the Falkirk branch is a huge assumption!

Can't close this bank it is always Queing out the door such a busy bank don't know why you want to close it I am in it every other day doing change order for my work and there is no other bank what about all the old people who don't like to venture far do not close this bank keep it open

The community of stenhousemuir rely on this branch, it is extremely popular and always appears busy! They have all built repore with the staff and put their trust in them 2 give the best service!
