This has to be one of the most bizarre decisions yet from RBS and hopefully someone will see sense and stop it happening. The petition statement has it pretty well covered. This bank is part of the local community, it is always busy, if anything it needs expanding not closing. The staff are excellent, with the continued expansion of the area the potential for even more customers is enormous. I wonder if those trying to close it have ever visited this area or the branch?

Use this branch on a weekly basis and know how busy the bank is. This will be a great loss to Stenhousemuir

This branch is always busy so and so useful for local people, do not understand why they think it is not needed in an area that is expanding all the time. It is essential for my business banking and saying we can use the nearest bank in Falkirk is not an option time wise and also the cost and inconvenience of finding somewhere to park. I would be closing my RBS account if this branch closes.

Terrible that those smaller banks in village are closing .there's a lot of elderly people who can't manage to town or can't do online .please don't shut this bank

This is the only one of two banks in the village.
It's accessible by public transport. Parking is free unlike the nearest branch in Falkirk

This is a busy bank and it doesn't suit everyone to do everything online and isn't always convenient to get to Falkirk! You seem to taking a well used amenity away from the community.

I opened an account at RBS Stenhousmuir because it is local and easily accessible. Please keep this Branch open, or like others I would consider closing my RBS account.

Have been a RBS customer for years ... my accounts and children's accounts all on Stenhousemuir and I use the bank regularly the closure would make me think about moving to a bank that was more convenient.,

I'll be leaving RBS if this branch closes. The reason I like it is because it's local and easily accessible. I won't be heading into Falkirk to use the branch there - such a waste of time/parking costs, etc.
