We, the undersigned, humbly and respectfully ask for your committee’s support, and of the entire members of the Senate, to confirm the appointment of attorney Ramon K. Quichocho as an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. We believe that attorney Quichocho has ample experience, through his long and rigorous law practice, that would make him very competent to be a judge. He prepares and works hard for his clients and, at times, became a strong advocate for the people he represents. He has demonstrated hard work, diligence, and the utmost integrity throughout his practice. We are confident that with attorney Quichocho’s vast litigation experience, throughout the years, both in the CNMI Courts and the U.S. District Court, he fully understands the proper role of a judge to weigh each case with impartiality and fairness.
