Petition to Support and Confirm Phillip H. Kwon's Nomination to the NJ Supreme Court
We, the undersigned, strongly urge New Jersey State Senators to confirm the nomination of Phillip H. Kwon to the New Jersey Supreme Court. Here's why:
- Mr. Kwon brings independence to New Jersey's highest court.
- Mr. Kwon is a highly qualified attorney having served as principal legal and strategic advisor to the NJ Attorney General, as federal prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office for more than a decade and as clerk to a US District Court Justice.
- Mr. Kwon brings integrity, fairness and impartiality to New Jersey's highest court.
- Mr. Kwon's confirmation would be a historic milestone to the Asian Pacific American community and all New Jerseyans.
